Do I need a paypal account to make the payment?

  • Paypal is our main payment processor but you don't need an account in paypal to make the payment. When you initiate checkout you will have two options 1) login and pay with your paypal account. 2) Pay with debit or credit card

Why are the prices on your website in US Dollars?

  • We are located in the United Arab Emirates and all of the prices on the site are in US Dollars for payment processing and the convenience of all of our international audience. For currency exchange rates, we recommend using Google’s currency converter

How long do orders take to arrive?

  • We offer free international shipping on all our products and we are working our best with our suppliers to have the best and most efficient shipping methods. We hold inventory locally and across the globe and each product has its estimated shipping time in the description. Usually international orders arrive in 2-4 weeks. In addition, please allow 3-5 working days for order fulfillment. 

When do out of stock items become available?

  • Our inventory changes depending on what popular brands and styles are in high demand. Sign up to receive alerts on when a particular brand is in stock via email.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation after placing my order?

  • There are a few instances where our order or shipping confirmation emails can end up in junk mail or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll be sure to resend it.

What if I receive a defective watch?

  • We try our best to make sure this DOES NOT EVER happen to you, but strange things can happen. So if it does, no problem! If you have received a watch you think is defective or not functioning as expected, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Are your watches re-sizable?

  • Surely they are. We suggest visiting your local watch repair shop to have them size it for you.

I wrote the wrong address on checkout, what can you do for me?

  • Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped to the address specified by the customer we can no longer accept responsibility. However, if the recipient sends it back we can certainly issue you a refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
